Transit time to arrive order
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to heavy rains, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Lead Time
Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 10 business days in Mumbai and Pune Region.
However, orders placed during the PEAK period, ie. 2 weeks before and 2 weeks days after school opening may take upto 15 Days to reach you.
Customisation Lead Time
Custom orders need a minimum of 3 weeks during non-peak season and during peak season custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.
Days of week for Delivery
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
Partial Order Delivery
Please check if your order contains items with different delivery times. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately, examples like Pinafores or Jackets. In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may be out of stock. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to speed up production of that item. In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase, we will refund you the payment made towards that item.
Shipping Charges
Uniform Solutions charges a cash management charge of Rs. 60 + GST for all COD orders only. This is paid to the Courier Partner, for the cash collection service, not for the courier freight.
